You have such a beautiful thing. My husband and I bought our first home, a small, old home, almost seven years ago. 18 months ago it became a family home when our daughter was born. At times, I felt the walls closing in on us as her things claimed space all over the house. Now we are getting ready for a cross-country move in just two weeks, where we'll live in an admittedly beautiful apartment, but we are most sad about leaving our very special, small house where we grew up and grew from two to three. When we buy our next home, I'm almost sure it will be another cozy, old house that we'll fill up quickly with hand-me-down furniture and lots of love.
